

In this project you will read and review the book “Game Change” by Ken Dryden. Along with the review you will discuss issues in the book and outside of the book that deal with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), its effects and how it is cause. You will research and discuss about people who have played in the NHL and suffer from the effects of CTE. You will research and display safety tests for helmets in hockey and what is happening to prevent CTE in hockey. You will also discuss the future of head contact in hockey and what you can do to educate the public on CTE.
This project must include (but not limited to): video, photographs, narration, group sketches or scenes acted in front of a camera, group discussion of the topics and book, sources referenced in document form.
